Hi, My fiance is a US citizen with a paid for home and I am a Canadian citizen with a paid for home. We have been traveling back and forth between our countries for the last 6 years. I think one of our problems is that we are both only 54 years old, so they don't understand why we are retired already. I have stayed in the US for not more than 5 months in any one year, but I was flaged this week and given a I-94, stateing that I have to leave by Dec. 20 of this year, which isn't a problem since we are both flying to Canada to spend Christmas with my adult children and my four grandkids. Am I going to have to get a fiance visa to be able to go back to the US? I am not looking to become a US citizen or looking for any benefits from the US government, we just want to be snowbirds and split the time between both countries.
Thank you,
Liliana
