Engineering MS+2 = Level 4 wage ??
Hi Gurus, I am in TX. Job zone 4 for Electrical Engineer. SVP 7-<8. My attorney had told me that they requested MS+3 and SWA had given a level 4 wage. I was told that a MS+2 would also yield a level 4 wage. My job title is a Senior Engineer. Has anyone in Engineering with a MS+2 as...
