Gap in employment

Gurus I am a Feb'02 filer. ND: 15th February. I switched job in Nov 02 on AC21 but was laid off on April15th this year. Luckily I do not receive RFE in this time period and now I am getting a decent offer to start from next Monday. How will this 2 months gap in employment affect me...
