hi I was wondering if anyone had any advice for my husband and myself. Last year my husband signed a affidafit support for a friend. She has moved to another city. We are afraid that she might request for goverment help. She does not work and does not want to learn Inglish, so there is no way she will become a citizen any time soon. I was wondering if her husbands work time counts in favor of her. I uanderstand that she has to work for ten years. so if her husband is her primary sponsor and he works does that count like if she works??? how is there anyway that the affidafit support sponsor get that information?
