This is just what I could think of ?? I think you might have already done this but ..... 1. Call the USCIS Number. 2. Tell them about this issue. 3. Ask them if you could FAX the document you received from FBI.

You mean to say that your I-485 was approved without your Name Check getting cleared ? I-485 on Feb 9th 2005 Name Check on Feb 11 th 2005. This would be a good news for me.
