hello everybody this is my first question????? this is really important for me...
i am LPR since 10/23 /07
i know that i have to travel outside no more than 6 month, to maintain GC per single trip ,,, but if i will travel outside for 5 month after comeback for 1 month in the us and after again leave the us for 5 month at the same year, will i break my continues 5 years present citizenship, or not ?. would i have a problem when i will comeback ? because if it is fine, it means that i will get a citizenship even i will be outside of us for 10 month next 3 years , because i already have 25 month of present ..
1. technically all my trips gonna be less than 6 month , but if you will count per year , 5 month + 5 month at the same year 10 month ..
2. i will be present is the us 31 month with more that 30 month
so where is the true.... help help help help
