Cogniflex When you have depression you may dive into your own head and not go out much. You have to remember that you will feel better if you get out and are social. By surrounding yourself with people that love and care about you will help you to feel less depressed, even if it's just for the time that you are around them. You won't be as depressed if you're going out more.
