I have filed an appeal for a previously rejected I 140. I check status on that online regularly. The dates on portfolio changed to yesterday's dates but I dont see any changes in the message. Should I expect to see a change, or maybe they have changed it? any info is appreciated.... thanks...

No I am employment based. My wife's I 485 is filed as my dependent. I have not used the house as a support. But on I 485 one has to declare the property and bank info, right? I listed the house worth, and mortgage balance on the I 485, as required.

thanks for the info. So the invalid AP will cause no harm to the application of EAD, and I 485, right? I mean, all I am risking is AP getting dumped because of travel, can I apply for it later when I come back on stamped visa? Or if I dont have to travel for while, not apply at all for AP?
