i would like your advice on my f-1 student visa,i came to us with the intend to enroll as a full time student but my sponsor was kidnapped shortly after i reported at the school so i could not enroll and at the same time did not have enough money to return home immediatedly.i reported the situation to the school authority but instead of helping me the removed my 1-20 from their data and remdered me out of status.write now i have anothe school willing to give me a scholaship for next fall. do i reurn later to my country or can i fight for reinstatement here
