My wife won the lottery visa DV2009. She has been interviewed by the consular on June 2009 along with me and our kids. we all paid the fees and passed the interview successfully, but eventually they told us that they will grant the visas only to the first applicant (My wife) and our kids. For my self they will send my name to Washington for administrative process
. My inquiry is what will happen if the result comes after September 30. can I get the visa and join my family later
