if NSC is satisfied with RFE response, you will get approval. NSC needs to clear up 1999.2000.2001 cases (before processing 2002, 2003...) to avoid any immigration lawsuit.

Someone earlier noted, that NSC has created pool of cases which are ready to be approved. On this pool, they are going by PD. The cases which are pending older than 2002, must have something which is missing. Probably name-check, finger-print, or something new which NSC found out. My...

Please vote for your Priority Date. I have been maintaining the list of all approvals since 2 weeks and it seems that NSC is processing by PD. For EB3 they are processing with PD <= Jun-2003. For EB2 they are processing with PD <= Dec-2003. This poll will help people to see where they are...
