    Can "Job Desciption" for Labor Certification be "word to word" same as my current job

    I am very confused/concerned regarding the paperwork my lawyer has prepared for Labor Certification for GC. In Part A (ETA 750A), the lawyer has entered "word to word" my present job duties from Part B (ETA 750B). I am not if this is correct? Will this cause any problem in Labor approval...
