An update. My lawyer called and USCIS mentioned that they sent a copy to my employer by September end. The employer says he hasn't received yet. I am not sure what step needs to be taken by me as 140 is employer's petition.

Hi gurus I am not sure if anyone had a similar case. My I-140 was applied in April 2007 (Texas). Middle of August I found an online status that said RFE was sent. But my attorney hasn't received it until date. Please advise if I could call them in any way and find out to which address...
