Please go and check the EAD/AP sub-forum I had the same issue and made a post last week. U will be happy to see the outcome of my case... In nutshell, it happend to me and the EAD renewal took only 25 days for approval.

I had one recently too My I-129 filed in 2003 had an LUD on 11/17/07...It was a Saturday, so I am pretty +ive that all these LUD's on old cases are done by archive jobs (file backup jobs to make space) in their system, especially if the LUD falls on a Saturday or Sunday... What do you all...
