90 days from receipt date, you can walk into the local office and get an interim EAD.

we know that if there is an RFE for an EAD application, USCIS local office count 90 days from RFE response recd date and not from original receipt date.. My EAD had expired and EAD renewal was 90days over and stuck in this situation.. I had an attorney fighting to get this but no luck...

Hi My EAD receipt dt 1/3/06 Biometrics and RFE asking for I-94 mailed on 2/17 and USCIS recd on 2/20/06 sent reminder to expedite the case on 3/25 Today is 100 days over rec date and went to local Dalas office for interim EAD but they refused because it is not 90 days over the RFE date...

I relocated to Dallas TX from VA and I did FP last week and was told that my case is transferred to Dallas,TX (a week before I did FP) what does it mean. will Dallas office set up an interview or process further to complete 485 approval. Thanks Kumaresh

undefined My 485 receipt dt 3/9/05, have 140 approved and have EAD. I did Finger print last month and wish to know if risk of RFE or any questions before 485 approval after FP. As I am changing my employer, want to know if ok. Thanks, Kumaresh

My Labor was substituted from another person's Labor when I applied 140 &485 together. Will the Labor be approved before 140 gets approved. Or if the Labor subsitution gets rejected for some reason, how to proceed from there.
