last date to add spouse to greencard application?
My company filed my permanent residency through PERM on EB2 category. and I recently got labor certification passed. Almost 3 weeks ago my I-140 and I-495 were filed concurently. I am planning to get married but I need to know what is the latest date (is it before I-495 file date etc...)I can...
