thanks. Just curious...Are you aware who has done this? I have been on my L1 for over 3 years now and my 485 is 16 months old. I have an EAD and am assuming that I will not need any h1 to change employers. Am I right? thanks again.

Does the AC21 portability rule apply to L1 visa as well or is it only for H1? thanks in advance
