My ND is 12/27/02 and not 2001 I had applied i485 in 2001 but withdrew in 2001 and again applied on 2002. Withdrawal was processed and I got a letter only in Nov, 2003. Saw the 485 approval notice just today. It was approved by CSC on Jan 1. Seem like they work on New Year day. ND: 12/27/02 Do I have to wait for approval notice before going to local INS office?
