Hi, My doubt is does my L2 EAD renewal process needs new L2 petition document? I have valid I-94 till May 2011, but my EAD would expire in OCT 2010. My husband's company would file L1/L2 petition for extension next year. Thanks, Kodati

Hi Naveen, I think you should speak with your company regarding L2 visa process. You can take appointment and attend the visa interview together for L1 & L2. Good luck!
