Thanks for your reply. But this is my question: I have already waited for 14 months. as I said now if I apply it is going to be in march 2004. and RIR is only in Mar2002. so the gap is 24 months. and nonRIR is now in May 2001 and the gap is 18 months. so is it worth to start processing...

hi i have a pending application in non-RIR case filed in oct.02. as it is taking long time, my company is now ready to file RIR case for me. But if I file now, all my waiting of 1yr 4 months will be wasted and the new application will be filed somewhere in march 2004. I am in a dilemma whether...
