No. I did not have any issues regarding the name check at the time of GC. But then, I was working in Montana at the time I got my GC.

EAC02160 Our scheduled date was December 23rd. But I'm at a place where if a single person shows up at the USCIS office in a day, it will be too much work for them. Ha ha. Hope this answers your question.

Good news ! tick_tock_tick Don't loose your hopes yet. We received 3rd FP notice which we were told was a mistake by USCIS. We did saw our on-line status changed to "Approved" this morning. So, hang in there. Good luck.
