Biometrics Walk In
Some ASC Offices do allow Walk-ins. But it all depends on how busy the office is. I recently walked in at Oakland, CA office and had my biometrics done. San Jose accepts walkins too. Not sure abt Santa Ana, but its worth trying though.- klog2007
