Hi there, My H1 visa will be expiring in June of 2001. For the GC process, I140 has been applied (Sept 2000). So i think that i can get an extension to the 6 yr period (thanks to the new law). That\'s not an issue. My question is can i go back to India for 1 year while my GC process...
