7th yr extension - Changing H1 Thanks for your promt answers... Continuing with the previous question: If the new employer can get me a Labor process "Completed" before the end of the 7th year extension (which ends in July 2005) - will i still need a H1 for the 8th year ?- kkode

I'm in the 7th yr extension, waiting for labor - might take anothe 2 years. 1) Is it possible to change job to another company on H1? 2) If i get a new labor application processed from a new company - can i join them after the labor is approved? If Yes, what status will it be - H1? If No...- kkode
