I think legal fees should be categorized as un-reimbursed business expense... if the filing fee is paid by employee... I would think of all this business-related visa fees as business expense - which you can deduct on 1040 as un-reimbursed business expense similar to professional society...

no or little EB2 approvals... Recent approvals of EB2 is very little and are very random in terms of RD or ND - the most recent is EB2 RD 1/14/02 AD 4/11/02 Seeing that EB3 is moving along quite smoothly... Anybody with EB2 updates please post... this is quite frustrating...

me the same mine is also EB2, app sent last week of Feb - I guess VSC processes EB2 separately from EB3 (does it mean more care has been taken for EB2 cases?, don\'t know.) the last approval of EB2 was of RD Jan 24th - I am looking at the end of April for my case which is about 2 months...
