I was able to order our 2010 transcripts about 10 days after the money was deposited to my account (refund). I used the same phone line. The IO was very happy to see/receive IRS X-scripts for 2010.

My wife had her interview yesterday (4/19), oath is on 4/28 at the Campbell Heritage Center. Overall, it took just around 3 months from the start of the process, wow...not bad. Took me 8 months back in 2007.

trouble afaik, he has abandoned his 485 petition. he will face issues while entering..and can be barred from entering. consult an attorney. Even if some1 ships him the AP when it's approved....and he tries to enter the states using that...there might be issues cos he left the USA without AP.

pretty safe just take your 485 receipt and other immigration docs with you. The most you will be delayed is by 1 hour...at the immigration counter. It's safe, that's why u paid for it. I have read plenty posts here..and every1 has come back fine and dandy. good luck !

How do you know your name check has cleared? Who did you speak to who told you this? Have you asked them the reason for "pending" status? You should ask the IO why you cannot get an I-551 stamp on your passport while at the counter during your infopass. Don't just walk out of there with no...
