Thank you all for your answers I just called INS Texas, and it turns out they already received our change of address letter and updated the address on our applications. It took less than a week since we sent the letter! We sent it by plain first class mail, not registered.

We have moved to a new address, and we filed a forwarding request with our old post office. If INS sends us mail to the old address, for example the approval of Advanced Parole or EAD, is it going to be forwarded to the new address or returned to the INS? In other words, does INS endorse...
