    So to get everything started we need to send the I-130, G-325, and the I-485? That's what it sounds like from everything else I have been reading or does everything go at once. Like I said before I'm not really sure of the steps to take but I appreciate all you help. Thanks, James

    She entered by land but didn't receive any documentation stating so. When I went to Canada they posted it in my passport but she did get anything. She was questioned and finger printed so they should have documentation that she entered legally. Thanks, James
