    DV visa application question.

We are presently in the US, so is there a place here that is aware of the photo requirements for the DV visa? The walgreens closeby does only US passport photos. And also does submitting 2 separate applications as I mentioned earlier increase the chances of winning?

Both the posts are opinions are not from the poster Billmane. Both the posts use cheated..duped etc etc. Being cheated and immigration "fraud" are 2 different things. no answer from USCIS

how was ur interview, any issues in agreement etc? Makes alot of sense. A powerful organisation has resources to investigate correctly even after the interview. The delay is justified for a special reason, and its because of this special reason they are more that willing to give you the...

    no answer from USCIS

A 6 month delay after the interview implies that the IO cannot make a conclusion with your file. They cannot approve or deny based on what they have at this moment. Review could mean a further investigation to help them finalize your file. For now all you can do it wait till your case is...

I 751 Waiver based on abuse

Doc, the previous poster has answered you well. It seems like your in a desperate attempt to stay in the country by using any option available to you. They will stamp as long as you have an application pending even if your status is terminated. There could be a case where citizenship is revoked or terminated, another application filed, the status is still preserved and you are eligible for stamping no problem.
