I have enter USA on K1 visa. my I-485 and I-131 is pending from 15th july 08, i have got an appointment for fingerprints on 7th Aug 08. Due to my mother illness, i want to apply for Emergency AP. Please let me know what documents are required when i go for infopass appointment. i want to know....
1. which way in better to get the medical reports from india ? through fax or mail ????
2. should i add a seprate application for the explaination about the emergency? to whom should i address the application?
3. Is anything else i required ????
