    Transfer From L-1 to H-1

    hi, I am in 5th year of my L-1. Have an approved H-1B. Checked out that interview waiting time for Visa, in India is nearly 4 months!!. I went to the consulate site www.nvars.com . It somehow seems to suggest that I better go to home country since Education verifications cant be done...
