Hi, The birth place on my passport (Indian Passport) is City A but the Actual city of birth is city B. My question is, can i present USCIS the "No Record of Birth Document" from City B (Actual Place of Birth and since i don't have a "Birth Certificate"), alongwith with a "Birth Affidavit"...
