Wow! I'm definetly feeling misadvised.... Since you seem to have the insider's knowledge- do we need to resubmit the I-130 and fee with the remainder of the forms, OR can we just send the rest in, perhaps with a copy of the NOA from the I-130? Now I know why people pay a lawyer, and not trust...
