ram Yes you can. Paystubs are only for verifying status. you can file H1b with your new employer and still be able to travel to US.- Karthik437

H1B Transfer while I am in India
Hi I am in India and hava a H1B and also visa stamped in my passport. I am yet to arrive US. My employer asks for money that I cannot afford. Can I travel to US ? Another employer promised to file a H1B immediately after I come to US. can I do it?- Karthik437
