Hi My wifes L2 EAD is expiring in April 2010. When is the earliest that I can apply for extension? Also - My L1 visa and I-94 are expiring in Jan 2011. So will her EAD be valid till Jan 2011 ? I will be applying for extension of L1 and L2 as soon as I am eligible to apply. Will I need to...
