Yes, Still didn't get FP notice. Yes, my RD @NSC 06/06/2007 and ND is 06/14/2007. Still didn't recieved the FP notice, and couple of my friends whose RD is around 6/6/07 also still didn't get.. i think NSC is sending the FP notices randomly, since people with RD 6/15/07 got the FP notice...
