Hi friends I am working in some chain and in feb 2010 my company's attorney called me my denied labour which was in audit for 2 years(2008_2010).i called him to sent my denial perm but he is not sending me anything .I am sure that he didn't get any denial, in this case what I have to do to find the truth. can anybody give me any suggestions

my company filed my labor in dec 2007 went in audit and in jan 2010 after 2 years i received my labor is denied.the one reason is prevailing wage is more than the state wage fot the international employee . with the same profile and from the same state my copany filed another two persons labor in jan 2009 .it got approved.I am worried what will i do for my wage. my attorney said they will file again in jan 2011. i need some suggestions what to do. help please
