EB 3-unskilled worker
I am a housekeeper working here as a nanny on a g5 visa. Besides, per my nationality (Bangladesh) the validity of my g5 visa is for 1 year only. So, I need to renew my visa every year. To do that I need to go out of States evey year. It is so hard to do that. It is lots of work. My Priority date is April 2005. The cut off date is for June 1, 2001. It has already been 5 years that I am waiting for. I need to know when I will able to apply for PERM/Green Card I-485. I am not a rich person. I cannot wait for ever on uncertainty. My employer also cannot continue with me for ever with uncertainty. Can you please let me know how long will it take for me to reach my priority time. Can someone in the Immigration Section pay attention to this matter, please.
