As a principle applicant, my mother's case was approved in Nov. 2000. I came to the United States as a derivative asylee in March 2002 when I was 20 years old. I have finished all the requirements that USCIS requested including RFI, FP(twice) and biometic as well. But I received my 2nd RFE today...
