Thanx Life. They insist that all the original approves are send out and they won't send another one. Of course, I hope if the original notices go back to INS, they will be resent to me.

My AP renew got approved on Apr. 6 according to online status, but I never receive it. I called IIO and they confirmed it had been sent on Apr. 10....So it must be lost in mail! The IIO suggests me to see the local office (San Jose) first, if they can't help me, I will need redo the application...
