    My wife has H1b we have applied for EAD/ASO/AP last month, Will she be in status even if she quits her job? I mean does it automatically means she is in AOS/EAD Status? or will she be automatically go into H4 of My H1. Please let me know.

    Seattle Regional Labor Certification is moved to Jan 2003. Anyone got thier labor proved whose date is on or before Jan 2003. Please let me know. What is the chance of rejection in Regional labor after getting approved in State? Thanks.

    I find Seattle DOL processing queue moved from NOV2002 to June 2003. Mine was in the month of december? I did not get any response Is there any clue of what is going on in Fed Labor?
