In my own experience, it took TSC anywhere from 7 to 10 days to approve a case after receiving your response to their RFE

do you get LUDs on your I-485 cases though?

Derivative Approvals Has anyone seen any approvals lately on those derivatives who were not approved at the same time as the primary??? :confused: :confused: :confused:

Most people who reported MASS LUDs (10/11 & 10/12) on 485 has a RD/ND of w/in the 6 month timeline of Texas' 485 processing dates. I'm guessing it's the system/program going through the cases that are w/in their processing deadlines and that in turn will inform the adjudicating officer that...

i don't know, maybe cause your Receipt date is just this August of 06. Or maybe your priority date is recent. What was your RFE about?

MASS LUDs I'm beginning to think that 10/11 and 10/12 are both mass LUDs. I recently just got a LUD on both days.

I agree! My wife's 485 was approved w/in 10 days of receipt of her RFE and she got a LUD the day before her APPROVAL. Mine isn't approved yet because I got a 2nd RFE. I'm hoping this theory holds true in my case. My RFE was received on 10/10. 8 days to go!

I got a LUD yesterday. 1 day after confirming receipt of my RFE response. I'm also a derivative of my spouse (she's already approved). I'm thinking that 10/11 LUD was a mass LUD.

You might have checked the "Other Basis of eligibility" - H check box on your I-485 application and not the check box A or B.
