    OPT period and 1099

    I am going for H1 stamping from F1. In my OPT I got paid through 1099. My H1 started on Oct14th, but I have W2 only from Nov and was paid for whole of Oct with 1099. Will this be a problem ? I was also told, I cannot recieve payments using 1099 in OPT I know with H1, 1099 is not allowed...
