    L1 visa/AOS submitted July 25 no receipt/ company wants her to leave to India

    Hi all, Today my wife's employer told her to leave to India by Aug 17th because they couldn't find her projects here. Presently my wife is on L1 visa. My company filed for an AOS for us on July 25th. It might take several days to get a receipt from USCIS.My question is can she just resign now...
