    Isle of Man applicants

    Can some on efrom the Isle of Man apply for the green card lottery, I have been looking but can't find an answer one way or the other. Anyone have any ideas. Thank you in advance Julie

    Any Winners Yet Living In The Uk(dv2008)

    I haven't personally, but I do know someone who has received notification that he has won the lottery he got it THursday, he applied through Germany as his wife was born there.
