I have a J1 visa that expires on 1st May 2009 (I will have been here for 18months) and apparently it cannot be further extended...is there anyway I can convert/apply for an H1 or L1 visa or anything that will let me stay for a further few years? I am from England and got this visa via an American company IPG - but they have a London office... I have no degree/graduate skills....
