Hello *, me and my wife are currently in the GC process. My wife holds a H-4. Can she open a LLC (w/o working in the LLC)? Does this have any impact on the on-going GC process? Thanks a lot! John

Hello *, could you please provide feedback for the following scenario: Is it legally OK, if a holder of a H1-b, who is in the GC process, subcontracts to a LLC. where he/she also hold a signifcant amount of shares? Thanks for you advice!
