I got the 8th year extension approved recently. But my company attorney withdrew the pending labor, saying it's better to withdraw than getting rejected. My concerns are 1) Can i legally stay here in US, even after the labor is withdrawn...? (my 8th year extension is valid till May 2005) 2)...
