    URGENT: Apply I -140 before July 30th Necessary ??

    You must file I-140 before July 31, if you want to file your I-485 before Aug . 17th.

    1-140 reversed July 07 Visa Bulletin

    My lawyer told me that there is no such information available from USCIS. He is suggesting that it should be possible to file both I-140 and I-485 before Aug. 17. I am just taking his words for granted and going to file I-140 in august!!!!?
