I got the Oath letter today! It is scheduled for 4/15/09 :D I am so happy, my long journey on this immigration is almost over, hopefully nothing will change between now and the Oath day. I wish everybody good luck, don't give up your hope!:D:D:D:D

I am confused about the instruction on the first page of form I131. I live in California, am GC Holder from asylee. should I send it to Chicago Lockbox or Nebraska Service center? Anyone knows? Thanks.
